For Juma Al Majid Group, the pre-autumn launch of its hospitality arm marks its entry into the hospitality space of the United Arab Emirates.

The strategic decision to establish a hospitality management division is a natural step for Juma Al Majid Group. Already a leader and pioneer across various industry sectors including automotive and construction, the conglomerate has owned the hotel property, now renamed Jood Palace Hotel, since it opened 14 years ago.

The recent handover of the property from Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces to Jood Hospitality is the first step in the company’s expansion into the hospitality sector.

With the handover of the property comes the promise to build on the delivery of quality and service to Jood Palace Hotel’s new and existing customers.

Located in Dubai’s central Deira neighborhood, the hotel will uphold the values of the Visionary, Founder and Chairman H.E. Juma Al Majid, remaining sympathetic and deeply rooted it its historical and traditional surroundings. The value of honor will be a central focus in Jood Hospitality’s mission to create culturally connected and palatial hotels of inimitable style, as underlined by Jood Palace Hotel’s brand tagline, ‘Be Our Guest of Honor’.

Founded in 2001, the property boasts of 147 rooms, 12 suites, and 90 serviced apartments, as well as a selection of F&B outlets and a wide variety of meeting and convention facilities.
