Group Celebrates Graduation of 13 Emirati Employees from Nafis Talent Program

Group Human Capital Division is proud to announce the graduation of 13 Emirati employees from the Nafis Talent Program, “Mastering a Career in the Private Sector,” during a ceremony held at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai on 20th August 2025. This milestone underscores the Group’s commitment to empowering Emirati professionals and fostering their growth within the private sector.
The program, organized by DSMM in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and NAFIS, is designed to equip Emirati nationals with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in private sector careers.
