GENAVCO’s ISUZU Service Department Earns Silver at 2025 Kaizen Competition

GENAVCO, the exclusive distributor of Isuzu in the UAE, is proud to announce that its Isuzu Service Department has been awarded the prestigious Silver Category Certificate at the 2025 Isuzu Kaizen Competition, held in May.

The Kaizen Competition is an annual initiative among all Isuzu dealers across the Middle East and Africa region, designed to foster a culture of continuous improvement within service operations. Participating teams are evaluated on their ability to propose and implement practical enhancements covering design, purpose, development stages, and measurable operational benefits.

GENAVCO’s Isuzu Service Department earned recognition for its project aimed at improving the air filter cleaning process. Previously, dust from the procedure would spread across the workshop, compromising cleanliness and posing potential health risks to technicians. The team developed and introduced specialized equipment that not only eliminated dust dispersion but also created a safer, cleaner environment for both the workplace and technical staff.

Long considered a cornerstone of Japanese manufacturing excellence, Kaizen is now widely embraced in service operations worldwide.
