The milestone project, known as The Island Development, is spearheaded by the renowned China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd.

This landmark contract represents a defining moment for Al Arabia, marking the highest contract value ever secured in its journey. The comprehensive scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales service for cutting-edge fire-fighting systems, advanced fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting solutions.

The Island Development Project is a groundbreaking endeavor featuring four luxury hotels with approximately 1,400 rooms, a shared basement and podium, and distinct facilities such as a Central Entertainment Sphere and a Children’s Entertainment Building. These facilities aim to set a new benchmark in luxury, entertainment, and safety, and Al Arabia Safety & Security is honored to play a pivotal role in safeguarding this prestigious destination.
