Leader wins high-profile projects

Leader L.L.C, a wholly owned entity of the Juma Al Majid Holding Group has won an array of high-profile projects over the course of 2021. These include SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, Act One | Act Two, the Opera Grand Tower, Downtown Views 2, the Royal Atlantis Dubai, Seven Palm, and Marsa Al Arab.
The first of its kind 75-storey tower at Marasi Drive in Dubai, UAE, SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences comprises pleasingly designed branded hotel apartments and suites by leading developer Wow Red.
Act One | Act Two brings a new vision of luxury to the Opera District renowned for its culture and cosmopolitanism. The two-tower complex consists of one, two, and three-bedroom premium apartments inspired by the iconic Dubai Fountain.
The Opera Grand Tower by Emaar takes luxury living to greater heights. The 71-storey building lies at the center of the stylish Opera District in the prestigious Downtown Dubai. The tower includes a total of 882 Residential apartments which will be a mix of 1-4 bedrooms. Leader’s scope of work for this project will primarily comprise joinery works.
Downtown Views II is a high-end apartment development also by Emaar Properties located across the Dubai Mall. Located next to the Downtown Views I project; Downtown Views II consists of three swanky high rise residential buildings.
The Royal Atlantis, located in Dubai, will offer a luxurious lifestyle experience with infinite ocean views, lush green spaces, and dramatic architecture, promising to be edgier than any resort in the region. Residents of the 46-storey tower will have access to a number of luxury amenities.
Seven Palm – a high-end luxury hotel, will be situated in the South tower of the Seven Palm project, with a wide array of dining and entertainment options. The residences will be located in the North Tower. The project features studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom residential apartments and 1-bedroom hotel apartments. Leader’s scope of work includes Interior Fit out work for rooms and public areas and the setting up of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment.
Marsa Al Arab is Dubai’s 5-Star luxury hotel with 408 key rooms located on a reclaimed peninsula to the east of the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. As part of the mandate, the scope of work will include a joinery package and ID package for the Marsa Al Arab 1 Hotel building which is a part of this project.
Work has commenced on the projects, and all is going according to plan, as per the scheduled timeline for completion for each.
