Contracting & Services Division launches e-Procurement platform

In the effort to contribute towards the Group’s digital transformation agenda, the Group’s Contracting & Services Division is pleased to announce the roll out of its e-Procurement platform across all the Division’s Business Units.

“Considered as a first in the Group, this platform – dubbed as JAM iSupplier Portal – will bring multiple benefits – a diversified supply base, transparent negotiations, lower total costs as well as increased efficiency and speed of transactions” stated Mr. Suhail Siddiqui, Procurement Director – C&S Division.

The portal provides suppliers with the ability to use a standard web browser to manage business transactions directly and securely. It provides the framework to enable the Business Units and their suppliers to communicate key business transactions whilst enabling search, monitor, revise, and review functionalities. Other benefits include:

• Enables Purchase Order Collaboration and facilitates amendments.

• Streamlines delivery via advance shipment notices.

•Simplifies payment with online invoicing and increases the information transparency across the procure-to-pay cycle.
