Al Arabia Operations & Maintenance Becomes Al Arabia Facilities Management

New name reflects the evolution and broader Facilities Management capabilities of the business

Juma Al Majid Holding Group – Contracting & Services is pleased to announce that Al Arabia for Operations & Maintenance LLC has officially changed its name to Al Arabia Facilities Management LLC, marking an important new chapter in the development of the business.
Established over two decades ago, Al Arabia Operations & Maintenance has grown considerably in both scale and capability. Today, the business provides comprehensive Facilities Management solutions across the UAE, serving a diverse range of sectors and environments.
Its capabilities now extend across Integrated Facilities Management, Hard and Soft FM, Energy Management, Asset Management and specialised services, supported by experienced technical teams, digital FM systems and structured service delivery.
The move to Al Arabia Facilities Management therefore represents more than a change of name. It provides a clearer reflection of what the business has become and strengthens its positioning as a comprehensive Facilities Management provider.
