 Principal Accountabilities

1)    Account Responsibility- The job holder assumes complete account management responsibility, maintains effective client relationships, contract negotiating, collections and provides on site support for the Retail outlet(s)  assigned

2)    Design and propose long and short term pricing distribution strategies to the line manager and ensure full development, implementation of the agreed strategies. Also, ensure effective monitoring & maintenance of stock for the Retail outlets assigned

3)    Determine market requirements through feedback/surveys/field analysis, develop and implement solutions meeting market requirements by introducing value-added services. Evaluate survey and market feedback towards planning future training and support requirements.

4)    Measure and track individual account & territory in order to maximise profitability and minimise debt recommended appropriate strategy. Plan and implement sales events / sponsorship for prospective and targeted clients in assigned territory towards increasing the user base to match budgeted targets

5)    Develop and implement strategies and tactics to meet the assigned sales objectives from available internal resources i.e. cost, manpower resources and qualitative parameters. Also look at continuous process improvements and business development initiatives to achieve excellence in service standards, service quality and productivity in line with the department’s overall objectives.

6)    Set up a monitoring mechanism for the systems and procedures for effective submission of invoices & delivery notes to the client office on a regular basis and any outstanding payment uncovered as per the agreed terms. Implement timely collection as per Company policy and terms.

7)    Oversee a team of merchandisers / Re-fillers and on a periodic basis carry out site visits to ensure that the brands are at all times available and displayed in an orderly manner in line with the requirements and the same is installed as per the brand guidelines

Minimum Requirement

·      Degrees & Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

·      Knowledge & Experience:  Minimum 3 -5 years experience in a similar role with a Retail Industry

·      Advanced knowledge on Microsoft applications

·      Valid UAE drivers licence

·      Advanced Inter-Personal skills

·      Presentable with good communication skills

·      Problem Solving & Decision Making

·      Initiative and Commitment to Achieve

·      Customer Relationship skills
