Job Purpose:

To assist manager in is daily activities and to ensure that all pending matters are completed on time as committed by him for smooth functioning the department.
Principal Accountabilities:
1 . Drafting Memo\'s, Letters , preparing presentations for effective communication between the departments and other stakeholders. 
2 . Handling and monitoring HR and other administrative jobs on daily basis for smooth functioning of the department as per the lay-outs set by the Department Manager.
3. Follow-up with the various Department Heads and ensure to get required details for the Manager on time as committed by him for smooth functioning of the department.
4 . Manage the day to day administrative tasks/activities of the department. 
5. Scheduling interviews, meetings for effective time management
6 . Assisting the Finance Manager on various jobs upon his request
7 . Assisting and coordinating with the department staff and perform task and other request which will help to achieve the department and company\'s goals and objectives as whole.

Minimum Requirement :
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounts related
• Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) both in English and Arabic and office management skills.
• Hardworking and can work with minimal supervision
