Job Purpose:
Business development for Turnkey Fitout projects

Principal Accountabilities


  1. To plan and achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales target, within stipulated pricing and payment norms, from potential end-user clients.
  2. To contact Project Management Companies / Architects / Consultants / Designers / Govt Organizations / Banks & Corporate entities for getting the company/products specified and complete vendor registration thereby generating new enquiries.
  3. To contact leasing companies / Property Developers / Hospitality & Health Care Consultants to acquire timely information on potential clients requiring fit out for their new offices /commercial establishments.
  4. To coordinate with estimation & design team in order to choose the best fit out solution as per clients need and provide the best price proposal to your enquires.
  5. Efficiently closing the contract deal; manage the contract terms with the clients in the best interest of the organization and ensure timely collection of payments w/o any bad debts.
  6. To coordinate with Projects team to ensure timely completion enhancing customer delight and developing high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. To periodically submit activities/enquires through Standard Reporting Format to the reporting heads and update on competition activities and new launches.
  8. Develop strategic plans and have a clear view on key customers, Competition Analysis, Strategic Partnership proposals and Client Credible history.


Minimum Requirement


  • Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Business Management or Equivalent. Additionally, Technical knowledge and commercial management will be given preferences.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ total experience in Business Development out of which 5+ Years’ experience in a Managerial Level in the fit-out works/Interior Decoration field within UAE with knowledge on markets, project profiles, budgeting etc.
  • Excellent contacts with PMC’s, Interior Consultants, Govt & Semi Govt organisations, Big Corporates etc in UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and ready travel within all emirates of UAE to secure fitout projects
  • Languages Known: (1) English / Arabic
