 Job Description

1. Performing all telecom related matters(Etisalat/DU) for JAM Group which includes Installation of new
lines, disconnection of lines, follow up on the complaints, distribution of invoices and Maintaining the
PABX Telephone System (handling Annual maintenance contract issues) in JAM Head Office ensuring
smooth and uninterrupted telecom services.
2. Preparing and managing the monthly request for stationery items for HCD/Strategy division to ensure
the availability of items at all times and to avoid any misuse of the same.
3. Procuring and managing Cleaning/Pantry items for Group Human Capital Division to ensure the
availability of items at all times and to avoid any misuse of the same.
4. Collecting quotations and review all purchasing request related to technical purchasing for JAM HCD
such as procurement of computer items and accessories and forward it for approvals to ensure best
quality items are arranged in best price.
5. Performing the mail activities which includes daily mails, couriers (internal & external) , checking
courier invoices and arranging for payment.
6. Maintaining procurement records to insure accurate Data entry.
7. Preparing the LPO for visiting cards, rubber stamps , housing section related jobs , security section
related jobs plus all other HCD related purchase jobs.
8. Coordinating the issuance of business cards, employee and trainee ID cards with the concerned
internal and external parties. This includes issuing LPOs when required
9. Other administration and service related tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements
  • 3 years\' UAEexperience in any administration and/or service support role
  • Excellent computer and MS skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
