 Principal Accountabilities

1.      To set-up and implement procurement procedures and policies.

2.      Responsible for drafting and reviewing contract, agreements with facility and property
management for sub-contractors/suppliers/services provider\'s and other documents related to
facilities, purchasing activities and tendering.

3.      Checking and evaluating all assessments received from sub-contractors/suppliers/service
provider\'s variation orders.

4.      Checking and evaluating all claims, monthly progress payments and other supplier financial
applications to ensure contract compliance.

5.      Follow-up on tender procedures and ensure compliance with professional, ethical values and

6.      Review and advise on contractual and legal issues including project related.

7.      Prepare project wise cash flows and monitor expenses and budgets. Consistently keep track of
actual Vs budget and financial management of projects.

8.      Liaison and co-ordination with outside government authorities, service providers and legal
experts and any other agencies which ae deemed necessary for successful completion of the

9.      Ensure to maintain highest standards of compliance and adequate safe guards in place to achieve complaint process evaluation.

10.  Evaluates monthly bills of sub-contracts/suppliers/service provider\'s and payment claims for variations as well as exercises penalties as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

·      University Graduate in any discipline from an accredited university with minimum 10 years\' experience in a similar role and industry.

·      Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail.

·      Exemplary leadership and interpersonal skills

·      Advanced communication skills in English, while Arabic would be an advantage.

·      Planning and organizing, business awareness and analytical oriented.

·      Strong forecasting, negotiation, and contract management skills.

·      Working knowledge of computer software applications.

·      Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·      Operations background to understand draft agreements and contracts.

·      Experience in dealing with government entities and has worked with various departments within.
Preferably Arabic nationality.

·      U.A.E driving license and owns a car.
