Job Purpose:

To implement / supervise sales & marketing activities for the Channel / Product range / Customer with the available resources in an assigned area / branch by demonstrating quality leadership towards the achievement of profitability and growth in line with Division’s objectives



·         Direct reports: 3-5 Sales Representatives

·         Individual monthly sales target for all the Emirates is AED 1.5Mil


Principal Accountabilities

1)       Implement / Supervise Sales & Marketing activities of the Division / Product range in the market to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.

2)       Ensure / implement that the Sales Force is properly equipped, trained to  motivate them to achieve their targets  and provide best service practises to the customers

3)       Conduct and attend regular meetings to build and maintain professional relationship with the decision makers in the market in order to achieve the set targets

4)       Ensure that the Sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines to control work flow

5)       Supervise the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the respective territory / channel to develop new business

6)       Supervise the implementation of Business Development Agreement signed with customers to ensure brand objectives are met

7)       Conduct regular sales meeting to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps to drive sale

8)       Ensure that the volume and value sale target allocated for  the  Channel / area is achieved, and arrange all the  reports required by the Sales Manager to monitor sales

9)       Focus on improved distribution, visibility, share of shelf in the category, market share growth for each sku / brand

10)   Follow & ensure timely collection of payment from each customer as per the credit policy of the company to control ageing receivables


Minimum Requirement

·         Degrees & Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

·         Knowledge & Experience:  3 - 5 years of experience in similar industry preferably B-Class managing non-food products

·         Advanced MS Office

·         Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language – oral and written)

·         Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment

·         Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacity requirements

·         Problems solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period

·         Strong leadership, supervisory qualities & negotiation skills
