Job Description

1. Responsible for all day-to-day aspects relating to the management and of the cleaning service within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.

2. Have a full working knowledge of the areas in the building which are covered by the.

3. Responsible for work allocation to the cleaning team, keeping within the specified detail of the contract, the financial budget, and working principles. Plan staff rota\'s and manages staff hours worked, sickness, and annual leave to ensure staff is paid correctly. Report data to account dept on a routinely, or as required.

4. Manage all processes of pest control services inside the projects.

5. Following up the waste management with the subcontractors.

6. Manage all kinds of cleaning and external cleaning.

7. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.

8. Control and issue cleaning / Pest Control material ensuring stock rotation and safety in storage.

9. Order cleaning Pest Control materials as required following Company procedures through nominated suppliers.

10. Carry out weekly cleaning audits to monitor with the cleaning manager about the cleaner\'s performance, equipment\'s and adherence to Company standards.

11. Authorize, plan and undertake routine facilities cleaning reports and submit to the Line Manager.

12. Coordinate timely meetings with Quality, HSE,

13. Be aware of the condition of the equipment, organize repairs/replacements as appropriate to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly, and serviced.

14. Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire, and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.

15. Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service.

16. Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible.

17. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.

18. Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

19. To attend any meetings or training courses.

20. Coordinate and have timely reporting\'s direct to the HOD Facilities

Quality & Performance

21. Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company\'s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.

22. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace, especially the client personnel.

23. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality workmanship in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

24. Follow up work orders to ensure satisfactory closure.

25. Responsible for maintaining department and personal key performance indicators.

Training & Development

26. Support all soft services to be fully competent in all aspects of their role including responding to complaints.

27. Train selected technicians to ensure they have a basic level of comprehension and understanding of Soft services.

28. Develop a working practice to enable the pro-active support of the customer base via Automating the response of the staff.

Minimum Requirement

• BSc or equivalent qualification

• Extensive experience of the operation and maintenance of Building Management system and their components.

• Experience in handling BMS system development, implementation, and upgrade in the facilities

• Experience in using the BMS for reporting and energy reduction

• Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience a soft services Specialist

• Knowledge of ELV systems and technologies (CCTV, Access Control, Security Alarms, PA Systems, Audiovisual, Lighting Controls, etc.)

• Previous Shopping Mall Experience will be an added advantage

• Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets)

• CAFM system knowledge is an added value
