Job Purpose:
UI / UX (user interface & User experience) designers are responsible for improving the user\'s experience of using a “Group” Websites and digital systems, such as making it easier to use and increasing the websites visitors/customers, enhance the end user usability for all in housing developed systems as well as participating in “GROUP” products marketing campaigns.
The UI/UX Designer will work closely with developers, IT, Business Units, marketing team and designers to ensure seamless design and successful implementation of UI/UX best practices across all “Group” digital platforms.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Group Marketing, Concerned BU & IT
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
5. You will be required to help deliver a first-class user interface.
6. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams.
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (eg. responsiveness).
8. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
9. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
