Management
· Monitor all quality related activities on the project
· Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management
· Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
· Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
· Performs reporting, risk assessments
· Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures.
· Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with the Departments Managers and others until all action items have been closed.
· Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement. Likely to be either a specialist within a particular focus area for QHSE, e.g., environmental, transportation, training, etc., or is based at a specific location in a generalized role.

Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement. Likely to be either a specialist within a particular focus area for QHSE, e.g., environmental, transportation, training, etc., or is based at a specific location in a generalized role. Typically has completed required safety/environmental training. Typically, intermediate level positions perform more complex duties requiring some skills and judgment. Some decision making may be made independently; may work under supervision
· Elaborating inspection and test programs
· Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
· Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
· Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation
· Review suppliers inspection and test plans against the scope of work
· Attend the weekly coordination meetings
· Monitor statistical method reporting.
Training
· Ensure that the appropriate level of training is provided for all staff; use of technical equipment and routine HSE duties. Ensure that knowledge is tested several times per year
· Maintain the Operation team training plans up to date for all Operation staff and to test their knowledge of procedures regularly
